Poly Built Inc was established in June of 2000 by Rick Lintel, owner of Bonanza Valley Lumber and Myron Koenig, owner of Plastic Design tech, Inc.

Poly Built, Inc designs and manufactures an escapable Egress Area wall Cover. Egress windows have become a requirement of fire codes on new Construction and many owners of older homes are having egress windows added for a safe fire exit from the basement.

Current flat-covered designs for egress windows become snow covered, making it difficult for a child or a person with limited strength to open in an emergency.

The Poly Built Domed Egress Well Cover is the only domed style well cover available. the cover is light enough for a safe escape, yet keeps out snow and debris while preventing accidental falls.

The heavy duty (.236" thick sheet stock), high impact polycarbonate is made to fit metal window wells and is secured by two fastening clips in the radiused corners. The trimmable flange can be scribed to fit all siding styles. The domed cover has an attractive appearance, excellent clarity, is UV and temperature resistant and meets building codes.

Poly Built, Inc. has well covers available in 42"and 50" width and is the only manufacturer of a 67" width cover.
